What is the rule in your house? If there is a no-concerts on school nights rule then you should sit down and explain to your mom WHY it’s so important to you. If you have exhibited responsible behavior prior to this it shouldn’t be a tough sell.
Your question seems phrased in a rather manipulating and entitled fashion though. You might want to look at those issues first.
Not seeing Blink 182 won’t end your life. Making a huge deal out of it might affect your future relationship with your mom. Hey, I’m jus’ sayin’….

run away..or tell her you’re going to the movies…or tell her you have a study group for your test….besides school is out in 3 days…
