Honestly, they will probably sell out, what kin of venue are they playing, the smaller the sooner you should buy the tickets

You cannot buy them now. May 30th was the SUPPOSED presale, but now it’s June 13th.
Mark Hoppus just did the final revisions of the tour last night, I know there was like one date change, so there are some changes.

Well, depends on where you live. I live in Los Angeles, so if I wanna see Blink 182 in LA then I have to wait till May 30th for tickets to go on sale.
